Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Yorktown

Every store is understaffed and that’s understood. But acknowledging your customers at all will be helpful. I waited at the front for 8 minutes and wasn’t acknowledged once. One girl looked at me and looked away. My order was supposed to be done 10 minutes ago and it still hasn’t been started. I seen another customer leave for the same reason. Not a “hi”, “I’ll be with you in a minute”, “what’s the name for the order”, nothing. Being patient is one thing, being ignored completely is another.It took 15 minutes for me to be acknowledged.

Always pleasant staff, and correct order. Clean store and pretty quick

Dominic helped us decide which smoothie would be best for us and was so kind. We really appreciated his kind words and easy demeanor. This is the best tropical smoothie location! Such great smoothies!

I ordered ahead and my order was made before the quoted time. I love this chain!

We ordered 3 different smoothies from this location all of them were watered down and tasted the same. We also order a wrap. The ingredients were not fresh and the sauce that is normally inside wasn’t even the correct sauce. When I called to complain the owner couldn’t help us unless we brought all of our food and smoothies back. We were already home with our 2 young children across town. This isnt the first time I’ve had an issue with this location. It’s very frustrating to spend almost $40 on something nasty.
