Culver’s - Yorkville

After a long day of traveling, stopping in for dinner and greeted great friendly staff, answered all our questions and special requests. Restaurant was well kept. Definitely one of the cleaner Culver's I have been to.

I came in today with a group of individuals from Open Door Rehabilitation Center, and we had a lovely lunch! Matthew was the kind employee who took all of the orders for our group. He was super sweet, diligent, and patient! I had to make eight separate orders, all with cash and all with receipts, and he made it as stress-free for ME as possible, even though there was a very large line behind me! He was very friendly and sweet, and is the reason I wanted to leave a review today! Everytime I come here the food is great and service is kind, but Mathew's service made it extra special this visit.Wheelchair accessibility: We had 2 individuals in wheelchairs today and we find it is easy to move around the dining area even if it's busy!

Three weeks ago I ordered a fish dinner with extra tarter sauce to go. I get home and no tarter sauce. My next visit I ordered a chilie with onions and cheese, get home. No onions or cheese.i ordered two Butterburgers with cheese the cheese was not melted and the burgers were for sure not made to order. Seemed like they were made ahead of time. Done with the Yorkville Culver's

We love that they have the gluten free bun that so many people need, and it's actually good! Good job on this so many people appreciate this option!

Great as always. First time at the Yorkville location. And it did not disappoint.
