Dunkin' - Yorkville

I worked at the other Dunkin Donuts in town back when I was in high school and I can say, with confidence, that nearly every time I get donuts from here they are dry and stale. The staff is usually rude and from reading the other reviews, this isn'tanything new and it's not an isolated incident. I live near this one and keep thinking I'll try this location again -disappointed every time.

I rarely go to Dunkin, I prefer Starbucks, but I had received a gift card from one of my business customers, so I figured I?d swing through this morning to get an iced coffee wake up wraps. The food was hot, the coffee was alright; but my biggest issuewith this Dunkin is the employees? attitudes. I always seem to get the older gentleman, who I assume may be the manager ? veryoff-putting guy. Rushed me at the order menu, kept talking over me assuming I wanted an English muffin? But wouldn?t just letme say I wanted a wake-up wrap. Get to the window tell him good morning, he makes no eye contact shoved the bag of foodinto my hands. I say thank you, still doesn?t even glance or say a word, hands me my drink slams the window. Never saying aword. I?m giving 2 stars because the food drink were okay, but going to Dunkin? starting off my day dealing with someoneelse?s bad attitude is not what I was looking forward to. Establishment needs an attitude adjustment.

I would recommend avoiding this Dunkin- I bought a half dozen donuts and they were a combination of stale and moldy (which I didn 't realize until I got home). Manager 's response was you should have checked before you left when I called to notify themof the problem.

I grabbed a dozen donuts here for breakfast one morning. The location is so convenient. The staff were friendly, and the donuts were good. I would love to see Dunkin go back to making the donuts fresh on-site in the mornings, but thst may not be a goodlogistical option for the business. I will definitely be back to this location again for goodies.

I moved to Yorkville and have had amazing experiences at many places, but this is the worst DD we have ever been to, they make the refreshers with 95% water and today when we asked for more strawberry to be added, the employee gave us the BIGGEST attitudeand refused to do it. No one has ever been friendly there and I will drive further just to go to a different location
