Kfc - Yorkville

The restaurant is nice and clean. They handle large orders promptly. However, there are times when the staff seems to overlook customers who have just entered the store.

We visited during the Memorial Day weekend and were impressed with the staff's attention to detail. They took the time to explain all the options available (yes, I understand it’s just chicken, but we ordered enough food for 10 people and weren’t familiar with everything on the menu). After placing our order, an employee went through each item in the bag with us to ensure that everything was as expected. I really appreciate this level of care and effort to make sure our order was accurate. Kudos to this place for going the extra mile!

KFC Yorkville is truly a remarkable spot. I was just there about an hour ago, and I had a wonderful experience. The staff members who assisted me, particularly Nadia Ashley at the drive-thru, were incredibly friendly and efficient. It was great to see their cheerful smiles. Your managers should definitely recognize how valuable they are because I'll be returning time and time again thanks to their exceptional service.
