Pizza Express - Yorkville

You couldn't pay me to eat Pizza Express. If you like moldy pizza and bad service this your place to eat

The pizza is good. Service not so good. Tried to order tonight and they shut down for Christmas party (why not have your Christmas party during hours that you’re not open? . And and this is not posted anywhere that they would be closed this evening.They have run out of dough before and then go sit outside and smoke. When people pull up, they just yelled to them We’re closed out of dough. They have another location less than 10 miles away, get dough from them Or plan better it was a Friday night. And lastly, their advertised hours are open till 10 pm (yes, even Friday and Saturday nights but yet you call up there at quarter till no one answers the phone or if they do they answer it and they say sorry we’re closed and they hang up on you immediately.All I’m saying is the product is good, but if you can get it but the customer service that is a roll of the dice. It’s frustrating.

I live up Deep Run Road, about a mile from Yorkville, Ohio. Unfortunately, when I called, the person who answered hung up on me and said they don’t deliver to Martin’s Ferry. This is the only place that delivers to my location. I checked, and according to my GPS, I’m only 1.1 miles away from the shop. Good luck to them; I'm surprised they manage to stay in business.

There's nothing quite like a hearty meal! I'm completely in love with the garlic salt on the crust—it's definitely one of my top choices in the valley!

Fantastic pizza and excellent service! I order from this place frequently and have never had any problems. I always stick to the same order and prefer to pick it up; I haven't tried their delivery service yet.
