Little Caesars Pizza - Youngstown

I had the worst experience ever at the Little Caesars on Belmont Avenue. I mistakenly believed I could order one of their advertised deals, specifically the $10.99 classic pizza with a crazy bread and a Pepsi. The employee who took my order was not familiar with the deal and was unhelpful when I asked about it multiple times. Eventually, the manager came out, and I requested at least one soda; however, I was still disappointed. To top it off, I received a burnt pizza twice. I'm extremely frustrated because I wasted my money at this terrible establishment. I wouldn’t recommend anyone eat there.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered a paprika pizza online, but instead received a cheese pizza. It's frustrating, and I can't place the blame on the delivery person, as the order itself was incorrect.

I would distract myself from this. it wasn't even so busy and I wait inside and waited to be helped, but that never happened. I stood there for twenty minutes with workers who walk around and thought they would help me leave and went to the Niles locations

I called to place a lunch order, but no one answered the phone. When I went in, the lady told me she was the only one working during lunchtime and didn't offer any apology.

The girl who is working on 10/16/2022 in the liberty store was ignoring all phone calls and when I drove up here to order close to order food the lady was very rude and snappy when I asked her if all was ok cuz no one was answering the phones . She snapped well I am busy and it's during rush hour , but no customerrs are in the store ATM . I am very displeased with the actions of her behavior .
