Taco Bell - Youngstown

They always get my order wrong, food good as any other food: 4/5

This is the worst taco bell I had lived in all of my life, and that says a lot because I had at least 100 different standings in the usa and kanada. the order would not refund or offer a substitution. then the manager had the nerve to take care of a refund. In summary, the employees and the food here are both müllt. if they randomly find themselves on the look for a taco bell in this opposite, they remain far away from this and go to another. the truth is that the others are better.

They are not very friendly for any reason. most of the time there are items that are missing from our order! if we have tried to ask them that missing items they were very rude and involuntary to help.

It was a very sad experience out of part, they miss in my bag my cinnamon twist and I didn't want to turn back after spending 10 ro 15 minutes in the drive thru, I don't even understand why they miss it when it was in the combo I ordered (classical combo). better get together and don't miss a product on other customers.

Ordered food thru drive thru. Paid with a large bill, was asked to leave to get change and come back. Went to call them to ask them to remake our food and some ghetto disrespectful girl answers the phone and hangs up on me when I started to ask. Called back and she hung up again. Then the line was disconnected. Very disrespectful.
