Bourrée - Youngsville

We stopped here on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. Walking in we were greeted with a smile and seated. It was brunch and there were so many great choices to choose from. I love it when I find a place that does smoked meats well and Bourrée did not disappoint. I had the Brisket Benedict. The brisket was tender and juicy with a nice smoke flavor. The eggs were poached perfectly and it had a real nice hollandaise sauce. Well seasoned and the flavor.combinations were great! The biscuit was good but it was bready and fell apart when you cut it. It was my least favorite part, however it wasn't heavy or a brick like some places. Overall I would eat it again. Definitely a good meal. The server was attentive and knowledgeable and a member of management came by more than once to check on us. When leaving a few of the staff members I never spoke to made sure to say goodbye and thanks for coming. Excellent/friendly staff! Try the spiked coffee, very good but I might like it a bit sweeter. I may have to ask them to add more of the Praline liqueur. Enjoy!

WITHOUT A DOUBT BEST BRUNCH IN TOWN. You will not be disappointed. My favorite is the all American breakfast mainly because I LOvE their grits ????. Usually there?s a wait but it?s worth it I promise you! Good service good vibes over all my favorite.

We had a blast celebrating our daughter's college graduation. The food,drinks and service was ????. Thank you Terry for the awesome service!!!!!!

Our waitress was awesome. The first pancakes served to me were raw in the inside. The replacement pancakes were cooked well. Everyone else enjoyed their food

I would like to share my experience of having breakfast lunch there this morning on October 23. The front of the house in the back do not seem to be communicating very well. You definitely need someone to expo your orders. We ordered drinks and the drinks came out one at a time and not all at the same time. We ordered food early for a baby which did come out on time. When we ordered our food they came out one dish at a time and not even the complete meal for each person at that time pieces in parts had to be brought to us time after time. I think the food was in good shape however service needs help badly. It did not appear that management was involved at all it was an unfortunate experience however the food was OK.
