Papa Johns Pizza - Youngsville

Ordered online pizza, papadia, and jalapeno bites. Ready Fast, picked up, in and out in less than a min. Got home, box still warm opened and pizza was over cooked. Hard, chewy and very bland and NOT good. The other 2 items were ok, not something I would buy again. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Been years since I have had Papa's, I had been wanting a good Papas Pizza for awhile. Easy to order online. I picked up at the store. Food was ready, in and out in less than a min. Got home opened the box, and saw that it seemed over cooked. Yup one bite and it was like warm cardboard. Flavor was very bland. Husband took one bite and was done, and he is not very picky. The staff is incredible and the food is always perfection. Vegetarian options: Super catering and caring for any vegetarian needs. The manager dan was very nice/funny, thank you for the problem raising. the driver was not an idiot from any reason, not to mention that he took our order to the wrong address and marked it as delivered. then another pizza had to get to our right address.

This location does not offer any inclusive environment. it does not train properly with workers who can have impediments, allows a toxic environment and does not pursue any correct procedure. I ask them to support a pizza shop that accepts others and promotes a positive working environment.
