Feedback gevenSonic in Youngsville, LA at 3016 E. Milton Avenue. The food and needed contents of the food is severally lacking. This ranges from missing items in the food (customer added onions, tomatoes, etc) to missing items in the drinks (added creams, lime fruits, cherries, etc), but the customer is still charged for having them on the receipt.Along with such things, when ordering ahead, it seems the food is made at the moment and left to sit; the food is as cool as the air around it. I can't remember the last time I had warm food from this location.Though, it is food and it's edible. I highly advise to not be in a hurry and ensure your order was made correctly before leaving.
This Sonic is one of the best ones around, granted everyone may not feel the same way but I can tell you they try! Nice and friendly service is always quick and fast! These workers need raises!!
Ordered breakfast burrito with sausages and it only came with eggs and cheese. Took two bites and couldn’t finish it.
Went through drive through02-09-2024 ordered 2 fish burgers and large onion rings. Fish had an after taste and onion rings were so greasy. Yuk ?
They messed up my order. As in charged me correctly then gave me something cheaper than what I was charged for and wouldn't come back or answer the switchboard to hear that it was messed up. They were not busy. And a kids fry is not a large mozzarella stick with extra sauce. It was 3 weeks ago and I've stopped going to ANY sonic because of this.
