The white chocolate macadamia nut cookie is the best I have ever had. It is a must-try when visiting this restaurant.

The snickerdoodle cookie was underwhelming, but acceptable. The triple chocolate cookie was delicious. The deluxe confetti and deluxe caramel cookies were excellent, with the chocolate chips inside them melted and warm. There was no waiting time for our order.

I absolutely adore this restaurant. I have no complaints about the customer service as I am not looking to have a $3 cookie delivered to my house. Ever since trying Insomnia cookies, I have noticed my abs becoming more defined and my wife has mentioned an increase in my confidence. Additionally, I even received a promotion at work and was playfully called "Cookie-Breath" by an unkind woman on the bus. Overall, I would highly recommend this place, 11 out of 10 rating.

No problems with the product, they do a good job with it. However, their customer service capabilities require a lot of work. my order was not delivered because not the correct phone number (which was a problem on their part), but ok, good. no biggie. also the woman who answered the phone said she put the over cream in the cooler so that it does not melt and she said they would send my order again. it took two hours to deliver an ice and two cookies, and of course the ice was completely melted. the problem I have is that they did not apologize for their mistake and delay. if I had not called them to ask my order would never have been delivered and no one even checked the Door Dash app to give me a call. I understand that they are busy and short employees, but please do not accept door Dash orders if they do not use the app accordingly or have delivered in time. I wish I had a photo.

Incorrect hours listed on google.I get that times change for certain seasons, but updating google would help.Although there is a sign on the door, I do not live close to this location at all and drove very far just to arrive before midnight to find the store closed.The sign on the door stated they close at midnight.. but they were closed way before.And there were many people after me that walked up looking just as confused as I did to find them closed.
