Little Caesars Pizza - Ypsilanti

Went and grabbed a hot and ready and made the mistake not to check it before leaving, opened the box and it was clear sitting for HOURS!!! Absolutely repulsive, old, stale, burned, crusty pizza.

When I tell you that these two workers had first-class customer service, I mean it for real where only two workers on Shield Joel and Shaun and where about 6 people in the lobby waited for their orders and in just 20 minutes there was no one more, but I wait for orders there and they really did a wonderful job to disappoint the circumstances, within a short time I will definitely recommend these little Caesars to my friends and family.

Who made the hot n finished pizzas and ICB Monday afternoon (Oct 10) deserves an increase. Wasn't here in a minute, but it was the last time we stopped. The young woman in the register was very friendly and fast. Stop the great work.

If you receive delivery, your order will probably be missing something. When you pick it up, it is almost always right, but expect most of the time to wait.

My family placed an order the other night. We had asked for the plant based pepperoni and verified with the person taking the order 4 separate times that it was for the plant based pepperoni. When we got home with our pizza, it was a plain cheese pizza. So we called and asked and were told you can come swap it out for what you ordered. When we got back to the store, we were FINALLY told ?we don?t have the plant based pepperoni anymore? even though it is still advertised on the front counter. We were all very mad and there was no offer to make anything right just a ?sorry, live with it?
