We had a great time enjoying the food! The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were reasonable. We will definitely be back.

The vegetarian pho at this restaurant is absolutely the best I've ever had. I currently live in Los Angeles, which offers an abundance of Vietnamese and vegetarian options, yet I still haven't found a vegetarian pho that compares. Every time I visit Michigan, it's a must for me to stop by and enjoy this dish at least once. What I appreciate is that the vegetarian pho here doesn't try to imitate traditional meat pho; instead, it carves out its own unique and delicious path. The broth is rich and flavorful, packed with umami, and it’s loaded with a variety of vegetables. The sponge tofu is particularly delightful, soaking up the broth's flavors beautifully. For those who love a kick of spice, their homemade chili oil enhances any pho. A touch of hoisin sauce, a squeeze of lime, and a dash of sriracha make this the ultimate vegetarian pho experience! I adore Pho House — please keep your vegetarian pho just as it is!

I had a quick late lunch/early dinner at Pho House in Ypsilanti. The food was good, but the server was a bit overwhelmed. I tried the Beef Flank Pho with all the toppings, the house special grilled pork, bite-sized egg rolls, shrimp and sausage Tom Kha soup, and crab rolls that resembled crab Rangoon. Just a heads up—avoid using the restroom.

I've passed by this restaurant at least three times or more, and I believe it's here to stay. The clientele includes working professionals, construction workers, college students, and families with babies. The ambiance, filled with the hum of conversation, music, and the sounds of people relaxing, is incredibly comforting. The soup has a good texture and is nicely seasoned—it's a healthy dish that is meant to be enjoyed. I added some extra spice, which is conveniently available on the table. Sometimes, it's not just about appearances but what truly matters on the inside.

I ordered the #18, which I believe is one of the two or three interesting vegetarian options. My friends chose pho and seemed to enjoy it, especially since it was a chilly, rainy day. I also tried the iced coffee, and it was excellent! There were plenty of chili paste options to choose from, and the service was decent. They also have a really long table available for larger groups.
