Ming's Chinese - Yreka

The food here is absolutely amazing, the service was just as good. When ordering, I asked the waiter, what is cherry? His answer was, it's cherry pig and it tastes like cherry pig. So I ordered the cherry pig. And we also ordered crab-creme cheese buffers along with chicken cuffs main fried noodles with pan. Everything came hot fast and tasting amazing and if you ask yourself yes the cherry pig tasted like cherry pig and oh my goodness, that was the first time I had it and let me say you give it a shot, you won't regret it and ask for extra cherry sauce and the portion is enough for 2.

This is a sit down and order restaurant. There is not a buffet. But that's okay. The menu is extensive and includes 3 family meal choices having everything from appetizers to desert. Lovely!

Wow, totally stunned at the quality of food. Fresh vegetables, chicken was not overcooked, service was friendly... wow wow wow. We will be back. Portions are large. We all took food home. Ill update this review with more details in the future.

Ming's food is really good. I highly recommend the salt n pepper squid. Great dish. Very light and tasty. And the sweet and sour chicken is lovely.

If you're driving down I5 and wondering if this place is worth the stop.. just do it! You won't regret it. Great portions, authentic food and reasonable prices. Best Chinese place from SF to Portland!
