I had placed an online order for 3 footlong sandwiches. When the time came for pickup, sandwiches were ready with no issues. Upon returning home with the food, realized each sandwich was made incorrectly, all 3 were missing ingredients as well as having ingredients added that weren't supposed to be. Emailed customer support, owner emailed me back offering one free sandwich. I had 3 sandwiches made wrong and the best they can do is offer me one free sandwich when I asked for a full refund. It's quite frustrating to know that they think one sandwich is comparable to 3.
Ordered 2 footlong breakfast sandwiches. Neither had cheese that was listed on the order. Also I bought a gift card to give to a street person to get food. I thought I was being courteous letting the worker know in case he came in to use the gift card. She seemed annoyed. Well, guess what? Now she lost all of my subway business. Try another location.
Employee was on her phone, was not listening to our order, then argued when I told her that was not what I had asked for. It would 've been nice to just have her say oh okay, instead of you didn 't say that you said this . Then speak to someone on her AirPods for the next few moments instead of continuing to help us. Food and seating was nice.
This subway is one of the better subway's In town always good and fresh.Employees good and very responsible
