Panda Max Asian Cuisine - Yucaipa

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. When I called to place an order for their family meal, I was quoted a price, but when I arrived, they attempted to charge me more than $15 above what was listed on their website. The staff kept insisting, “That’s not our price. That’s someone else telling our price.” I showed her the website on my phone, and even after confirming it was indeed their site and pointing out the family meal price, she still refused to honor it. As a result, I chose not to purchase the prepared food and ended up leaving without an order.

I absolutely love the staff here! Every dish is clearly prepared with love and passion. My husband and I make it a point to eat here as often as we can, at least a few times each month. It's hard to find a place that offers both amazing food and genuinely kind people! Plus, they serve the best Thai tea in town! And the great news is that you can now dine inside!

Wow! This place is AMAZING. The vegetables are fresh and everything is homemade. The owners are friendly and really nice. Locals refer to them by their first names. I highly recommend this restaurant!

I pulled up their website to show them the family meal listing, but even then, they still refused to honor the price. Frustrated, I decided not to purchase the prepared food and I won't be returning.

My first visit on 11 October 2022. The sweet sour chicken is better than most I had, and the chicken roast rice was very good. The hostess was very happy and accommodating. I'm back.
