Feedback gevenThe lady working her took her sweet time cleaning the rest room coming back and forth knowing that u need to use it… i told her i will wait coz i am also waiting for my order, even then she informed me 3 times to use the restroom at Deltaco near by where its gross.. i spent my money to buy Starbucks coffee i deserve to use the rest room, i need to travel 2 more hours before i can get another restroom.. looks like customer service in this Location is not a priority!!! She said i need to wait 15 minutes but looks like it’s almost half hour now… i would never come back and order in this Location, it’s just ridiculous!
Tasty drink, rude woman taking orders. The rest of employees behind the counter were really nice and talking friendly to our group and with each other. The woman behind the counter was short and kept shutting down what our group was ordering with “we don’t have that” without offering suggestions or telling us what they do have. In fact, 3 of the 4 members of our group ended up not ordering anything because she was so rude and they felt uncomfortable while trying to figure out what to order. I wish her the best as I know we are all going through hard times and it may just have been a bad day. Maybe drive thru is a better experience at this location.
This Starbucks is a disappointment. I come from France, and all the Starbucks there are beautiful! But this place? Is a disappointment! My daughter recently got a gift card for Starbucks. Her new boyfriend from Lebanon gave her the gift card for their 3 week anniversary. She was so excited, and while in the drive-through, my daughter was speaking to me in French, and the cashier rudely asked me what I wanted to order. She complained that she couldn’t understand me, and that I needed to speak more clearly and louder. Frustrated, I yelled at her and she seemed sour. It frightened my daughter. When we got our drinks, the cashier had a nasty look on her face and practically shoved the drinks into my hand. My daughter cried on the way home, knowing that she just wasted a valuable gift card on such a horrible place. I suggest improving your establishment and better customer service. Horrible!
Very busy but they still managed to serve my mom and I some very tasty and strong coffee. I enjoyed myself and I know my mom did too. Iced or Hot, they've got us all covered. Peace
Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. It was 6:15am and didn’t seem too busy yet the place looked like a mess- melted ice all over the counter, milk and coffee all over the counters, etc. and that makes sense why when when got handed our food bags by a very sweaty woman that there were fingerprinted coffee spots all over it dripping from the bag. Our food was lukewarm. We had a mobile order so we expected to walk in and pick it up, but instead I had to wait on someone to get to me in line to then ask me what I had and find my mobile order for me- could have just ordered at the counter at that point. The saving grace here was that the coffee tasted as it should.
