An excellent dining experience i must say. A must try starter is their chicken liver pate with nectarine and pine nuts, the pate was so delicious that it just melts in your mouth. Medium well roasted duck breast was tasty! Langoustine with bisque sauce celeriac cream and pearl barley was a perfect combination. Thank you Hamlet Jack for the wonderful experience! Highly recommended dine in restaurant in St Petersburg!
