Feedback gevenThe interior was dirty, and there was no ice in the machine. We ordered hamburgers that resembled "Hepper Jrs" but without seeds on the rolls. However, they got our order correct otherwise. The service was friendly and fast, though. Overall, I would rate the food 4 out of 5.
The experience was unpleasant and unsatisfactory; the night shift staff continually fails to meet expectations.
The staff is consistently nice, friendly, and very helpful. My orders tend to be complicated due to my picky family, yet they always get everything right without needing to double-check. Additionally, the food is delicious! We also used a voucher, so we were able to feed four people for just $27. I highly recommend Charling's Burger King located at Reno and Mustang Rd!
I would give him a zero if possible. this was one of the most terrible experiences I've ever had at a bk. first we waited long in a line. when we finally get to the place to order, they come and say they have to place their order in the window. there were 6 cars in front of me. Why can't they command one where they should and then pull, pay and get their order? I waited for another 20 minutes and the line moved a car. I decided to go somewhere else. this isn't the first time this happened. I refuse to ever go to this place again.
My family i came to eat, my son dropped his water we asked for napkins to clean it up but there was still a lot of water we even told the workers instead of cleaning it up they sat there stared at it, there was also slushee on the floor the workers just stood there, this is very dangerous it could result into an accident.
