I never complain about service. easy customer. 1.5 hour wait. cold food and the portions were quite small for the price. unapologetic manager and no discount when asked about the issue. pir waitress was great, but the manager on duty was not so much. Was my first time in, and I will NEVER be back. Frustrating. I've been a Yukon resident for 15 years.
Service was slow, food wasn 't very good (awful to me, others in my party said it was just okay . We were visiting Yukon and saw this was a top 10 restaurant in Yukon (according to Yelp , apparently that doesn 't mean much if you are used to larger City offering. I will say the salsa was pretty good up until I found a hair in it...
Was possibly the worst service i have ever had ever. Almost missed a movie, took an hour and 45 minutes to get our food. Hostess was fine, but the manager is a ****. I am shocked about how they acted when we tried to explain the issue. He said it was busy. Full price for sub par food, and a crazy wait. My first review on google, felt like i had to try and steer some people away from this. Go down the street to Green chili, at least they care about there customers.
I used to love this place, but it has gone downhill! Went for a quick lunch yesterday. The chips were stale, the cheese sauce was coagulated and barely warm, and the guacamole was rancid. Waited about 40 minutes and when we finally got our food it was cold in the middle! Only tasted the guacamole on one end of a chip and have been SICK in the bathroom since last night. Will NOT go back ever! You will lose customers every time you start getting cheap and trying to save a buck. The bad part is there were families there with small children from church I wonder how many other people got sick?
This is the place my husand and I went to eat ar after looking at a of houses. It was time to pick which one we buy and make our home in Yukon, OK. My sister was with us. We all loved the food. One might expect the food to be on a standard lower than it was. The building was once an old Braums. That was years back. Now you would never know it. This is one of the best Tex-Mex places to eat ever. It is family owned where they know to keep eyes on treating people like family not customers You still get chips and other for free. Your dinner will not break you. Truly it is only a little over fast food. What I like most that comes with age sometimes, is that hours later my stomach doesnt argue with me in tons of acid reflux. Try it for yourself if you want, you dont have to take my word. Leave your opinion so others can have idea when looking 4 places to eat
