Wow! Great ice cream. So creamy and yummy flavorful. Loved it. The store was bright, clean, and smelled of sweets. Cakes, cupcakes, cookies, comes, milk shakes, and so much more. I was helped by a very delightful young lady named Bella. She allowed me to sample several flavors before I picked my favorite. She was curious and patient with me, which pleasantly surprised me. It was a super experience and even better tasting ice cream. Go there for great service and just try to pick only one item to eat.Dietary restrictions: They have chocolate silk dairy free ice cream. Poor service. Ice-cream had a gritty taste to it. Ordered Ice cream with toppings, it was poorly mixed. I'm pretty sure the girl squeezed the cone too hard when she put the ice cream in it because when I started eating it, it fell to pieces. The ice cream kept falling out on me my car seats because the cone was cracked all over. Guess that's why they come in a paper cone holder. She was new. Two other people were doing something in the background as the line got longer. The guy was the only one who seemed to know what he was doing. If I return hope he is working, I'll just wait for him to help me. He was the only one who acted like he wanted to be there and was giving service with a smile. A customer left out upset after she talked to someone about the service. Guess the staff member was rude to her. They didn't seem to care that she left mad. After who I assume was the Supervisor spoke to her, she left out mad. The manager probably just took the day off. Sure they lost a customer; maybe two didn't like my broken waffle cone or picking up ice cream off my car seat.

Crazy busy... waited half an hour, but cashier was so chill! So calm and collected! Very efficient!
