Domino's Pizza - Yuma

I placed a significant order yesterday for 25 pizzas. It was for a government contract and required some paperwork to be completed. The store manager was extremely helpful and was able to sign off on the necessary documents after a quick call with the general manager. The store had my entire order ready right on time. The overall value and customer service I received were excellent. I would definitely recommend this location for large orders in the future.

The pizza was fantastic, but the establishment could really use a thorough cleaning. One woman was managing the entire restaurant by herself. I'm not sure if they were short-staffed or having trouble retaining employees, but the cleanliness left something to be desired.

I've been to this restaurant twice, and both times my order has been incorrect. During my first visit, one of the pizzas had the wrong sauce, but I chose not to mention it since I was already home and realized mistakes can occur. On my second visit, I made sure to check the pizza before leaving, and one of them had no sauce at all. I went back inside, and the staff was professional and prepared a new pizza for me. However, they almost messed up the replacement pizza as well; I saw them adding a topping after the pizza was already cooked because they had forgotten it. My advice is to check your pizzas before you leave.

Every time time we call here we are connected with the call center, not the actual store. When we give our address there?s an internal error and when they proceed to connect us with the store, the call disconnects. Just today, we?ve called 3 times andeach time we?ve been disconnected. We will no longer be ordering from dominos here and take our business else where unless theycan figure out a proper way to have customers call the direct store line (not customer call line). Such a shame because we likedominos everywhere else we lived.

Pizza was delicious, established needs a deep cleansing. a woman ran the whole place alone. not sure if they were only short-term or can't keep the hired, but it was dirty.
