Maria Bonita - Yuma

This is a new restaurant that offers a Mexican-inspired menu. The staff is exceptionally courteous and friendly; they engaged with my children and made them feel welcomed. The layout is very nice and clean, with table tops covered in white paper that the kids enjoyed drawing on while we waited for our food. Our drinks were served promptly, and our appetizers arrived in under 10 minutes. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous—no one left feeling hungry. Each meal included either soup or salad; I forgot to take a picture of my lentil soup, which was the soup of the day. We were all satisfied with our dinners—everything was served hot, and I was able to taste a little bit of everything without any complaints. The house-made salsa was both delicious and spicy. We will definitely return and highly recommend this restaurant!

I don't understand why the place wasn't packed when I went for breakfast on Friday. The staff was friendly, well trained, brought my meal exactly as I asked. The food was beyond the 5 stars. The chef or cook explained another entree I was curious about so I will he back to try it out. I asked about other matters and the ex-staff that didn't get their way on pay left and gave them bad reviews. It had nothing to do with food, cleanliness, OR matters that people are going in or wanting to know before going. Don't deprive yourself on a great eating establishment on those few that made bad reviews. Now you know why. Go enjoy.

This restaurant is no longer Maria Bonitas. The hotel is a Ramada and the restaurant is an Indian curry place called Curries. I loved it. Good curry and naan.

I want to start off by saying the ambiance is spot on. Wonderful music playing, clean and inviting atmosphere. Unfortunately, the food is not what it should be .. I ordered Enchilada Suizas $18 and my food was disappointing. The chicken was completely dry and tough, the sauce over the top was so thick- like tomato paste- and my food was barely warm/ almost room temperature. I could go on and on, as my husband felt the same about his plate and my daughter did not eat majority of her dinner, but opted to take it home. I would say this is NOT a family/kid friendly establishment. Glad we were able to try it, but at those prices and that atmosphere, I had much higher expectations.

We really enjoy this restaurant! The food is always delicious and beautifully presented. We hope that one day they can make the ambiance a bit more comfortable with higher seating and candlelight. For now, we come for the tasty meals and enjoy the unique aromas. The mixed drinks are wonderful as well. Now that they’re open for breakfast, we can't wait to try that too!
