Feedback gevenThe staff are friendly, but they don't seem to pay attention when preparing orders. I just wish I could get what I actually ordered!
The restaurant is tidy and well-maintained, and their prices are quite affordable.
I have ordered from their app twice in the past month. During my last order, my brother-in-law picked it up, but they made two sandwiches for him instead of one. I had paid for extra steak on his sandwich. I tried contacting the store multiple times, but they don't answer their phone. Today, I placed an order for delivery, and one of my drinks is missing! I attempted to reach out to both the delivery service and the Subway location, but as expected, there was no response. I also used my rewards for this order. Overall, the customer service has been disappointing, and I will not be returning to the Subway on 24th St.
I am giving 4 stars but they need more training my Wrap was missing items and they Making the wrap smaller and smaller
Ive been going to subway and foun out they have a oven roasted chicken. And I tried to order that today and they gave me chicken strips which I didn't order. 2 girls helped and I don't think they knew what I wanted. I asked for the chicken to be toasted in the container and the couldn't understand what I wanted. I prefer the guys to help me because they understand what I want. If u don't have the oven roasted chicken that looks shredded is what I'm always looking for all the other subways have it but I for some reason I can never order it from this location the young girls that were working today I don't think they should work there if they don't know what they are doing .
