Very slow service. It took them 2 hours to start bringing us the dishes. The food is good, but even if it was bad with everything you expect and how hungry you are, it would seem to you that everything is good. Food: 3 Service: 1

After 2h we have eaten. We ask for explanations of why they are taking so long and the waitress tells us that the orders go in order, until we see other tables that have just been seated and already served and we still have nothing after 1h30min. The drinks we have gone to the bar for them in each round because they did not even look at the table, the letters we have gone to for them because they did not bring it to us. Anyway. And already at 2 o'clock when I tell him that he understands us that we are seeing other tables, that they please bring us the food, not an apology, even answering. C. on not come back x here enough. We booked to celebrate a birthday at lunchtime for 13 people. (2:00 p.m. When we arrived, the restaurant was almost empty and this was our wonderful experience: 30 minutes for the drinks, being us the ones who had to go to the bar to order and, later, to pick up the menu. After ordering the food, with more than half an hour of delay generated by them, they were kind enough to bring us the tapa, which we did not touch, not even one per person. Luckily they were frozen croquettes and they are made quickly... because if they hadn't arrived for dessert. After several complaints and requests, 1 hour and 45 minutes, and always with respect, they have the shamelessness to tell us that it is our fault and that they work in order of arrival, when they did not stop serving tables with fewer people who were arriving after us. We ordered two servings to snack on while they brought the food and, just as the sandwiches are arriving, they tell us that those dishes are out of stock. And in bad ways. Because to top it off, we ordered that, fast and simple food. Terrible and disappointing service and care. I would never return and not because of the delay, which can happen and be excused in a reasonable way, but because of the little shame of blaming us after 1.45 pm. Of course, the bill is brought to you very quickly so that you can leave, it is not going to be that you give them more work. And I don't give it less stars because I can't.
