We discovered this on our first day in Zafferena and we went back all three days to have a coffee(Espresso or in my case cappuccino) The thing is, I don't even like coffee but I did like this. My husband loves espresso and he was...in coffee heaven. The owner was very nice and told us a lot about the coffee and the process of roasting it. We strongly recommend it to everyone!
I bought a package of Brazilian coffee and a Guatemalan. eyes at the sight are beautiful, medium toast and homogeneous and fragrant to the nose. all product specifications and roasting date are mentioned on the package. I prepared coffee with Italian moka and the result is great: coffee with structure, scented and with a long and elegant tail on the palate. Good roast!
