Beautiful local products and very well thought-out menu. Excellent service and beautiful modern environment. Very fair prices. Obviously they're looking for a Michelin star. If I was to criticize, the execution was not always perfect. For example, our red Snapper secondi was very lightly boiled over, and when our Primi arrived, the vongole Pasta emulsification was a little dried out so that the pasta was a little clumsy. The vongole Pasta could also have been more tasteful from the sea, and I felt it was a little too subtle on the Blande. The menu was very ambitious, maybe they could reduce the number of dishes and concentrate even more on perfect delivery. I say this as a hard critic, and I would certainly return every day of the week and recommend it to everyone. But that would be the difference to bring it to a star in my opinion. Overall it was absolutely beautiful. Highlights were (actors) the local red shrimps with truffles, delivered to perfection and (primi) the asparagus pasta, which was divine and tasted from springtime. The intermezzi a kind of mushroom mousse ball that was deep in Cacao was a brilliant take on an arancino and was rich, velvety and tasty with a beautiful crunchy on the bowl; and a black rice crisp with a kind of ricotta sorbet. The bread, olive oil and the four were also really wonderful.
Good, because the level should be disappointing. No wow aroma combinations and generally Blande. A dish with scampi had a scampi and a lot of Rice product. So don't call Sampi court. Service was not very friendly. Would NOT go back because it is not cheap
Atmosphere: very sleek modern and trendy yet open and uplifting ambience. Cuisine: fine innovative gourmet with exciting presentation and delicious taste worthy of Michelin rating. We ordered the seafood tasting menu and were delighted. Service: attentive and friendly yet not obtrusive. Highly recommend for foodies in Sicily! We speak English but had no difficulty communicating with staff. Chef said hello as we entered testy
The complete tasting menu. some elements like the calfswangen lacked resistance, some plates had large pieces and some small pieces. the oyster with blue curacao tasted not good in my book. dessert was a little disappointing. I expected a ricotta and pear cake, which was described, but essentially was given baba, which is not my favorite.
