Burger House Doner Kebab - Zagreb

Neat buger place. good and fast service. do not expect any miracles here, but there is a respectable selection of burgers on the menu. If you are hungry and it is late, beggars cannot be pickers, can they?

Special Kebab and Fries. The kebab was all salt and no spice. The fries were severely undercooked (disclaimer, my order was to go but it was an 8 minute bike ride home and they were clearly never not soggy). The fries turned out to be okay once I properly cooked them at home. That's why I threw in the second star.

ENG CRO version The wait is unbelievably long even if there's no one but you. The staff is often in a very bad mood, the are not interested in good raport with the customer and, unfortunately to say, some of them are not so intelligent. They didn't know how they can cut a kebab in half. TIP: go to the fast food place around the corner, 10 meters away. CRO: Nevjerojatno dugo se čeka čak i ako nema apsolutno nikoga. Djelatnice su često loše raspoložene, ne interesira ih odnos sa kupcima i...neke nisu baš inteligentne... Nisu znale razrezat kebab. Čista jedinica. SAVJET: odite u fast food iza ugla udaljen 10 metara

So as the lady prepered the kebab a peace falled on the graund and she pickuped the peace an put it back in the kebab (she was slitly behide a wall so she thought nobady has seen it) and of course dinied everythink. I have never expirienced so unprofessional and discusting think.

I don't understand the negative reviews here. I have been to this restaurant multiple times and each time the burgers were really delicious (they have many unique options.) The portions are also quite generous. The only downside is that they are not very creative with their sauces (usually just mayonnaise and ketchup.) I highly recommend this place.
