Konoba Didov San - Zagreb

The food was tasty. The grilled frog legs with potatoes were very nice, the grilled calamari with potatoes and swiss chard was also very good. The problem is the portions we ordered two portions of the grilled calamari and it honeslty looked more like one portion than two. But the taste was good. The creme brulé in croatian way was a bit weird but not bad. The pancakes in suvé were delicious.

I was recommended this place, but I didn't find it special. Menu and service are ok but I wouldn't recommend it. If you're looking for more traditional Croatian grill cuisine, other places score way better.

Great staff, very good authentic place to eat Croatian dishes. Three hours before we ordered “octopus peka with potatoes” and it was great!!

Highly recommended for any occasion, formal or private events, as well as if you just wanna have an excellent meal and glass of wine all by yourself. Food is amazing, ambience and service follows. Konoba Didov San is one of my favorite places in Zagreb. From tourist point of view and for that extra experience visit one situated in Upper town.

Worst risotto I ever tasted; unseasoned, rice is not for risotto and really tastes awful. Everything else very nice. I would recommend for the staff to either learn how to prepare a risotto or remove it from the menu.
