Parador De Zamora

What a big disappointment. Food was subpar and service was rude. I ordered the prawns dish which came with the intestinal track on the back of the shrimp aka shrimp poop. It was so disgusting that I had to take out the shrimp poop with a fork and purposely left it on the side of the white plate but since the waitress was so rude, she didn 't even care to ask what that was. Regrettably now that I 'm writing the review, I should of said something to them.

Really enjoyable meal in an excellent restaurant. Good service, good quality and well cooked and presented food.

At every trip, we always look for restaurants with traditional dishes of an area. And may I say, we were not disappointed. Every single thing on the menu was traditional. The prices were a bit high, but it’s very typical for these type of restaurants. Especially those in hotels, such as Paradores. If you don’t understand or speak Spanish just a little bit, you might have a difficulties understanding or communicating with the servers. My most absolute favorite dish was sheep cream cheese. Of course it is not the traditional American cheese, but it is a nice, smooth, savory cheese. Very delicious. I recommend it to everyone.

Casa palacio de los condes de Alba y Aliste. Historia pura. Amplio y muy confortable, céntrico y vistas al Duero. Cafetería bar muy agradable y luminosa. Una experiencia única. Bellos espacios. Ideal para experimentar la tranquilidad.

Palacio en el centro de Zamora, la habitación excelente, cercano a los lugares de interés y un gran desayuno. El aparcamiento si vas en fin de semana es posible aparcar cerca de la entrada aunque sea zona azul.
