Mcdonald's - Zanesville

This McDonald's has terrible service, poorly treats its employees, and the food quality is disappointing. It seems like they just don't care at all.

I walked in to place my order, and the cashier promptly attended to me. By the time I grabbed my drink, my food was already ready. The only downside to this visit was that they were out of Coke Zero, so I settled for Diet Coke, which unfortunately tasted flat. On the bright side, the chicken nuggets I ordered were nice and hot!

Typically, my experiences at this restaurant have been positive, but my most recent visit was disappointing. I went in the evening around 10 PM, and the place was quite dirty. It took a long time for our food to arrive, and when it finally did, I didn’t receive my complete order. I had to go back and wait even longer to get the items that were missing.

Lik always they are amazing at massville pike mcdees they are always welcome you and try to get you in and out I just love these guys

People are SO rude and you’ll wait in line for at least 15 minutes every time even if you are the only customer. They are lazy workers that will decide to take their lunch break after you order just because they don’t “feel like it”. Would not recommend. Wish there was a ZERO star review option.
