Great hotel with wonderful staff. Amazing laundry service that was cheap, super fast and great. Dear stay here, even if a bit further away from all amenities, it was a very short walk and felt very safe

Clean, unique, great food and comfortable. Large massage (Zanzibar Special). Would recommend going to Stone Town.

The fully restored hotel is very nice. My suite had a big bathtub, but it took the staff many round trips from the kitchen downstairs to fill it up with hot water. The beds are very decorative and noisy. The rooftop terries offers a great restaurant and a view over the city. I would definitely double check before paying these prices to know if they have hot water available right now. This might have been a one time flaw, but still...

Iddi, Lulu and all at the hotel were very attentive and friendly. They helped organize transportation, directions and recommendations for dinner. Every night of the stay was excellent. Breakfast and dinner were satisfying and delicious.
