La Bolognesa - Zapopan

Esto sí que es diferente. Hamburguesas de bufalo, jabalí, bisonte, venado, cordero. Estan fabulosas por que realmente lo que hace diferente a una hamburguesa es la carne y si no vienen aquí van a seguir buscando solo mejoras marginales. El precio también muy razonable.

After reading the reviews, I decided to skip over the bad ones. Not my best decision. I visited the resteraunt this evening. One of the girls working there was complaining she was sick, and that her whole body hurt. About five minutes into my visit, she got up, and decided to lay on the floor in the middle of the restaraunt. After her co-workers sat with her, suddenly, when their food came out (I assume they received comped meals) she was suddenly better, eating like nothing had ever happened. I had already ordered my meal, a rabbit burger, cooked medium (término medio). When the meal came out, the bun was extremely hard, and lightly toasted, as if to disguise the fact. I asked for another bun, and explained why. After a long wait, they finally brought it out, but only half a bun. . I switched the meat over to the half bun, and bit in to the burger, hungry. The meat was completely raw on the inside. Not medium, not medium rare, but absolutely raw. At this point I realize things are not going to get better, so I asked for the check, and explained that I would like the burger taken off the bill. She then hands me the bill, and explains to me that I can take the burger to go. By now I am getting upset, and I explain that the burger isn't cooked right, so why would I want it to go. Another girl, who was acting as the bartender, and I assume the person most in charge for the evening comes over, as she realizes I am getting a bit loud, and not happy. . She looks at the meat and, argues with the waitress that I am correct. Normally, I would simply leave something like this alone. All restaurants have bad days. But, when it's bad, it's bad. And when you argue with your customer and try to charge them for something that is terribly incorrect, well, I hope if the owner reads this they consider training their staff in these situations.

Difícil encontrar lugar para estacionarse, el lugar es pequeño pero muy agradable, sobre todo la terraza; había pocas personas y no hubo problema para sentarnos a la mesa inmediatamente, el servicio es bueno y la comida también muy buena, ofrecen cortes y hamburguesas exóticos que no probé. En cuanto a los precios, creo que son justos. En resumidas cuentas, si pienso regresar.

Deliciosas las hamburguesas con cortes exóticos. Jabalí, venado, pato, res. Las pizzas muy ricas y las pastas con salsa boloñesa también con carnes exóticas.

Rico el sabor de los alimentos y precio bien, lastima que es muy lento el servicio y tardaron más de 40 minutos en llevarnos las bebidas
