Rivadavia - Zapopan

Nice restaurant with good selection of Italian and Argentina items. Sweet breads and Shrimp appetizers were very good. The Volcano Pizza was good also.

We went to Rivadavia restaurant for lunch on a sunday. The place is really nice, on the exterior seating you are under a combination of trees and shadow umbreallas, and with the excellent weather (even in June, the hot season for Guadalajara, it felt nice and warm, but not unconfortable at all). Waiters wecomed us with a smile, always attentive to our needs and wishes. They took their time to explain in detail about the lunch options and entrees, with suggestions based on what we expressed. We ordered a jar of sangría (red wine and lemmonade), and it was just the right flavor you expect, not too sweet, not too much lemmonade. The main courses (lunch is the main meal in this country), were generously served, you get quite some for what you pay, with first class ingredients and quite abundant without being too much. Desserts were just great, ask for the limoncello pie, or the Ferrero Ice Cream, quite a feast, also very well served. It was a great experience. I truly recommend this place both for lunch and for dinner. No breakfast served yet.

Arrived for dinner on a Friday night at 9pm...2 joined us at 9:30 to make 8.....Service was flawless, friendly and totally accommodating...We had a nice, fairly priced wine...Atmosphere is local, neighborhood chic...Really nice! We shared a couple of wonderful wood fired pizzas that were delicious...More wine...Beautiful mixed greens, spinach salad was passed around the table..More wine...Then the one kilo of Vacio was served, perfectly cooked.....Good beef, but not CFS quality, although no real problems...Excellent espresso...oh and more wine...I really enjoyed this restaurant and will return....Suggestions?? Find another beef supply or just go to CFS to source your beef...Good job, great atmosphere and looking forward to returning to this sweet place in Chapalita!!! and at 300 peso each, great value!

Excelente comida, lugar, servicio.Pésima idea poner música tan fuerte los sábados!!!Esas dos bocinas arruinan el momento.Perfecto la música pero no tan fuerte y menos esas dos bocinas!!!

Padrisima la decoración del lugar, nos habíamos quedado en la terraza que esta bellísima pero finalmente entramos y wow la decoración interior está súper agradable, pedimos las empanadas y deliciosas con un vino bastante accesible y muy atento el mesero, diría de más, le dabas apenas un trago y te quería estar rellenando la copa jejeje y la pizza de chicharrón de vacío deliciosa también, aunque nos recomendaron los arancinis y los volcanos pero ya será para la siguiente de
