Mcdonald's - Zaporizhzhya

Nice place to chill and for parties...but it's not easy to party and have some food for vegetarians and staff is averagely cooperative...!!

Decent place to spend your time. I can recommend this place to foreigners and locals with sustainable budget. Average foods, quite good service. Good free wi-fi connection, children's playing room and washroom. This McDonalds offers several tables where you can sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. I would recommend this place to the families and those who are in hurry, because lines in this McDonald's are very short. 4/5

Drive through staff regularly forgets parts of the order. Sometimes we order 5 double cheeseburgers, and only 3 are in the check and in the bag. Sometimes we order a fish fresh roll, and it is in the check, but not in the bag and someone in the company misses their food.

Very bad service. 15 minutes to receive my order. I'm from chicago where McDonald's headquarters is located, so i know how their swrvice is suppose to operate. Tomorrow I'll contact the EMEA division about the quality of service being offered at this location. Hopefully a new operator will be installed.
