Nobo Dabo - Zaragoza

Precioso marco para una cena excelente. Cada pase es una sorpresa visual y gustativa. Todos los platos impecables, y mis favoritos fueron: el aperitivo de migas con foie y esfera de uvas, la croqueta de vaca vieja, la anguila con caldo de azafrán y leche de coco, y el cochinillo, exquisitos!! El servicio es impecable, súper amable, profesional y atento. Muy buena carta de vinos. Se agradece que utilicen y potencien los productos aragoneses. Una magnífica experiencia totalmente recomendable

Un sitio precioso, para una comida estupenda. Atención amable y cercana, comida elaborada muy sabrosa y sorprendente y ambiente muy agradable.

Worth the train ride out of BCN to enjoy a Michelin lunch ..we met friends from Madrid who took the morning train out to Zaragoza, we did the same from BCN.. result… a Fabulous meal with perfect service and great wines..

Really was looking forward to this meal. Initial impression was ok. No one really spoke English, which while I understand we are in Spain, for a higher end restaurant I was a bit surprised. The dishes were well thought out as far as flavors went, the presentations were beautiful, however creating composed bites from the elements of the larger dishes proved difficult. Also, and more disappointing, the service dropped off considerably as the meal progressed. Napkins were not replaced, courses were served without the entire party present, and finally we were left to sit for entirely too long before we had to actually seek out our server to pay, and leave even though we were the only people left in the dining room.

Beautiful place, absolutely perfect service and good food. I expected better than good. Fish had bones in it, both mine and my spouses). Maybe I should not compare with other restaurants, but I just expected more
