Feedback gevenI have to say that it was not 100,% but it has surprised me for good, as we went to eat a larger menu, but we did not find ourselves with strength, the place is beautiful, the atmosphere is idyllic, the music very cozy for a place so special, the attention was exquisite, so I recommend even if it is just eating the short menu to enjoy the experience. I was always curious to enter and eat in this restaurant, for its location and appearance, although it would be good for you to fix it a little more at least the entrance, but. I have been invited for a special occasion and I will never forget. It has been an experience that I will always remember and not only by the explosion of senses that has caused me the food but also by the attention so excited of the waiters, so attentive explanation of everything. It is a high level kitchen, very elaborated with every small detail of each dish, the same chef approached us and spoke with us. the site is beautiful interior palace which in fact is the only building that has been preserved since the year 1888 amazing !!!! besides the music that accompanied us all the time has been super pleasant. a beautiful site with a high quality of professionalism.
A category restaurant, friendly staff, schist food and a very unusual detail to go out at the end of the dinner the cooking chef asking at each table, how about everything, makes the site even more special ! I recommend it!
We choose the special with 8 passes and order an oyster out of the menu. fabulous experience from start to end. presentations, games of textures, temperatures, flavors, the Aragonese product. I don't have it if you don't praise the place and the staff. The veal, presented simulating a forest, is the best dish I've ever eaten in a restaurant and desserts, that weak point that almost all, even many tops, have been simply amazing. the small fours that are usually more a detail to finish than anything else, were a perfect ending, made with a lot of affection and work, amazing and delicious. After dinner the chef went out to talk and asked us for opinion about it, a very close, friendly and especially talented person, thanks and congratulations. recommendation: If you want to drink wine but you have doubts when reading the letter, choose the three field beaks of embroidery.
A marvel of palace preserved and converted into a restaurant, the gastronomic experience, proportional to the price, is optimal. as a detail to improve, the beef, which was cooked to the point and well cut, was too hard. Even so with the rest of the dishes it is worth going.
