Great breakfast restaurant, made from scratch biscuits and sausage gravy. Family atmosphere, and excellent service.

Can’t say enough about how nice the owners and staff are at this restaurant. I unknowingly showed up right at closing time with two starving boys! We had time to kill before their haircut appointments. They were kind enough to seat us and feed us anyway! Really made our day and I would highly recommended eating here. This day and time it’s hard to find kind folks like this. On top of that the food was amazing to boot! French toast platter was delicious! Thanks again Smoots!

If you're looking for a home style meal without the momentous effort you'd need to make it yourself: this is the place.Their biscuits are amazing, and pair perfectly with the sausage they make. I believe they received their recipe for the sausage when they bought the place that was originally made by Pierre Sullivan: a local legend that served breakfast to our community for decades, and with a sausage recipe that's just as legendary.

In short, we ended up leaving after waiting for over an hour. I completely understand that being short-staffed can happen, but the service we experienced was exceptionally poor.
