Feedback gevenI met a friend for coffee, went inside and walked right up to the counter. 2 girls were putting new muffins in the display cases less than 2 feet from us yet didn 't bother to look up or greet us. We waited and finally the young man tending the drive through came over and took our order. When the muffins were in the case and the plastic wrapping disposed of (these are NOT from the bakery), one of the girls finished with our order. She pointed us to the end of the counter and said our drinks would be there. There was no thank you from anyone.
If you don't have the vegan cheese (happens often , then you shouldn't charge full price. Not specifically to this location but all Biggby's.Changing review to 1 star after seeing how the owner comments on here. This will be the last time visiting this location.
I have never waited under 20 minutes here to get my food.
This is the first time I went inside to order a coffee and it was a full half hour between standing in line and waiting for our drinks. I was shocked at the total disregard for the customers inside, the baristas were clearly focused on getting orders to the drive through. All three people behind the counter were in drive thru mode and not serving anyone at the counter. It was a hot mess with orders messed up. I had one barista ask me if my drink was hot or iced. I told him iced and waited another 15 minutes for him to come back and ask me what I was still waiting for. Like the rest of my order, thanks. He mistakenly gave it to someone in the drive through. I won’t be back just because of the insane wait time and clueless baristas.
Super friendly, welcoming and informative on indecision, highly recommend!
