Burger King - Зеленодольск

Initially, the terminal was not working, and we waited a long time for our order. There were wasps near the entrance, but other than that, the food was delicious. There was also a bit of unnecessary chaos.

We decided to visit this establishment but ended up leaving without ever receiving our order. Let me explain... We wanted to pay in cash, so we stood at the register to complete the payment. We had to wait a long time and listen to the staff engage in intriguing conversations since there was no one at the register. When we asked for someone to take our order, they remained silent and continued their discussions. Eventually, we were informed, in a very condescending tone, that the register was not working. Thank you for the service.

We ordered a medium French fries, but they gave us a small portion instead. When I pointed out the mistake and asked what a small portion looks like, the staff looked at me as if I was saying something absurd. They then added a few more fries to it. Overall, I was very disappointed. My child wanted them, so I had to accept it. If I come back another time and this happens again, I will definitely create a scene. It was awful.

Безобразные стаканы от кофе. Когда пьешь все льется на одежду. Осторожнее. Особенно если берете в машину. Итог одел чистую футболку два пятна жирных от кофе, два раза попил кофе. Вчера сказал об этом персоналу. Толку мало. Как обычно !!! Так же постоянно открываются поздно, спешишь на работу. Могут в 09:10-09:15 открыть. Хотя написано в 09:00 начало работы!

Долгое время ожидания , напитки совсем не соответствуют названию , скорее всего смешивают с водой ....
