Dunkin' - Zephyrhills

I used the drive-thru today and got my coffee fix. The staff was fantastic—great service with a smile and very friendly. Thank you, Dunkin'!

I was on my way to work when Hurricane Nicole struck, and every coffee shop was closed—except for this Dunkin' Donuts! I decided to stop by the drive-thru and ordered a cold brew. Ms. Donna, who was taking my order, recommended the cookie butter cold brew, saying it was so good it would make my face light up like a Christmas tree. I couldn't resist and gave it a try, and she was absolutely right! The drink was incredible, and the staff, especially Ms. Donna, were wonderful!

The staff here is exceptionally friendly, and they always get my drink order right. Last week, my daughter accidentally dropped her Halloween donut on the floor, so I went to buy her a new one. To my surprise, they kindly offered me a second donut for free. I always have a great experience at this location!

This is undoubtedly the worst Dunkin' location I've ever been to.

The employees are always in a pleasant mood, sweet as can be, especially the woman at the drive through! No doubt if I go there, I will always start the beginning of my day positively! ????
