T.J. was extremely courteous and offered to assist me in signing up for the rewards program that I had not realized was a promotion they were running.
I was extremely uncomfortable with the way the male employees behaved towards the female employee, while others stood by and did nothing. It was rude.
Food was fire as always. However I walk in at 8 o 'clock, the lady with the neck tattoo makes it very apparent she was unhappy that I decided to show up just before close. I felt awful thinking they close at 8 and I had just made it, I look up the closing time and it 's 9. 9! I was there an hour before close. The lady behind the counter says, not three feet away from me mind you, I hate people who do this. Wait until we 're about to close and start ordering food I was shocked. THE GRILL LADY DIDNT RESPOND TO HER BECAUSE SHE WAS ALSO SHOCKED. At least wait until I leave to talk bad about me. It was an hour before close, not 10 minutes. I always tip, usually cash and usually I tip 10 bucks for a 20 dollar order. Just bad customer service. As a small business AGM I can 't even imagine blatantly disrespecting a customer like that. It 's just bad for business. I don 't care if someone walks in at 8:59 and wants 40 items of food, you make it with a smile. I feel bad for the red haired woman who will inevitably be reprimanded for being a partied to this kind of treatment. I 'm only going back when I see the two guys there. They are always awesome.
