Starbucks - Zephyrhills

I'm heading to Starbucks. The staff has always been fantastic every time I visit, which is usually once a week. I make it a point to leave a tip because they are consistently friendly and ensure I receive exactly what I ordered. I know working at Starbucks can be stressful, but they do an exceptional job!

I wish I could remember her name; she mentioned she had been working at the Starbucks in Zephyrhills for two years, and she was truly wonderful! I left the window feeling great with the perfect coffee in hand, and she helped me understand the difference between a latte and a cappuccino, something I vaguely recalled seeing online. But when you're in a rush, you don't have the luxury of looking it up. If you happen to know her name, I would be extremely grateful. I thanked her for her kindness, and she was just fantastic!

How can I describe the employees behind their masks? They're all smiling! Their positive attitudes and vibrant personalities shine right through. The managers I spoke with are truly experts in their fields, and it’s clear how well they manage their teams. Hats off to the Starbucks training program!

The wait can be quite lengthy depending on when you go, but the staff works diligently to ensure that every order is taken and prepared accurately. The drinks and treats are fantastic!

On my last visit to the drive-thru, I waited for five minutes and called out, "Hello? Anyone there? Are you closed?" but got no response, so I ended up going inside. It just feels chaotic in this store, yet I keep going back because it's the closest one to me. I worked as a barista in Pinellas County for four years, and we would never have allowed this kind of disorganization in our store. I even reached out to the corporate office, but haven't received a call back from the district manager yet. I'm truly confused about how this place stays open with so much disarray. It’s probably because people like me keep returning despite it all.
