Zhí Bǎn Shāo こみせん

We went as a family and the atmosphere was good. The char siu topping on the Chinese noodles we ordered had thick slices of meat that melted in the mouth and were tender. The broth was delicious. The strong flavor of the char siu made it a guaranteed hit if you order with rice. Sadly, we forgot to take a picture of the Chinese noodles.

There are many different food establishments in the Shonai region, but personally, this restaurant is one of the top 3 in the ramen category. Their soy sauce ramen is the standard! They also have clam-flavored salt ramen and tsukemen with miso-based dipping sauce! The chashu is soft, large, and incredibly delicious. o

This is a delicate and soothing soup. It would be perfect for a hangover lunch. The thick-cut pork belly char siu is definitely worth trying. This time I had the salt ramen with shijimi clam dashi. The delicious seaweed and salt soup were the perfect match.

初めて来店しました。 お好み焼き屋さんですが、ラーメンが 前から気になっていて、注文しました。 見た目と違って、あっさりしていて 食べやすいです。メンマの味が滲み出て 調和しています。 胡椒が効いてて独自の奥行きを醸し出す。 チャーシュー分厚い見た目と裏腹に あっさり、ホロホロで最高です。 炙って有るからか、後引く旨さ わざわざ食べに来る価値ありです
