A unique menu but which no longer highlights the Corsican soup and cannelloni in the bush. a summer salad with no interest (seed salad, and canned vegetables). Lasagna, finally flat pasta in sauce with betting mushrooms. The calf jump is hyper salted and peppery. The desserts are industrial. What to say from children's menus to 13€ .!!! chopped steak fry ice cream doughnuts. a frozen steack archic cooked (sole type) and fried recuited. When added to this the presence of sick animals around the establishment (cats, etc.). putting a doubt about hygiene, all this convinced us not to return to this establishment, which was at the top of the list.
Hard to find but once arrived, total disbursement... at the bottom of the maquis, a terasse overlooking the valley...and a unique and hearty meal for a reasonable price with a warm welcome...Four an excellent authentic moment!
Have finished our vacation by this hostel. atypical place, surprising with view of the unbeatable sea or one eats only local produce. plan a light lunch because the plates are very generous served with the smile
We met the hostel with a prospectus found at the campsite where we stayed. What a surprise! beautiful setting, under the trees on a fully wooden terrace. sea view, the impression of being in Crusoe robinson.Concerning the kitchen, absolutely nothing to say! completely homemade flats. Inside, Corsican charcuterie tray. We were 4 there for more. Then, absolutely delicious goat cheese dough. We had cannellonis with brociu, to fall on the ground, and a calf's jump seems to me. and dessert, flan has vanilla with caramel to the rum absolutely extra!! and to finish the digestive house of life water to the myth.Patron typically Corsican, very pleasant! we have feasted and we will come back if the opportunity comes! super address, go without fear especially if you're hungry!
In a typical Corsican setting we have tasted assortment of " lonzo coppa jambon and sausage "a soup corse (a regal) from the traditional brucciuen donuts followed by the cabri and its potato filling beautiful plate of homemade cheeses and to finish a fiadone worthy of the greatest pastryers the all arrosed with a wine to return no patrimonion
