The new owners have been in charge for about a week, and I had an excellent experience during my visit. The place was clean, the staff was friendly, and the sandwich I had was beautifully prepared. I will definitely be returning. Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Atmosphere: 5/5

One young lady began making my sandwich but then went to the back to fetch another employee to help, even though I was the only customer. I hope this was a training issue rather than just laziness. The new guy seemed confused when he approached me and asked what I wanted. I reminded him that it was supposed to be a tuna sandwich, which I had already mentioned. When I asked for one line of mayo (as they typically use three), he squirted on five times that amount before I had to ask him to stop. The same issue occurred with the sriracha and onions, to the point where I was ready to walk out. Frustrated, I decided to just pay and leave. I tried to be understanding, knowing how difficult working in food service can be, but it was really disappointing. I work hard for my money, and I don’t want to waste it. Employees openly admit to discrepancies in pricing between what is advertised on the menu board and what is actually charged. False pricing is illegal and the owners should be ashamed of themselves. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hate that place and I will never go back. Black lady was very rude kept yelling at us to make selections. Place was dirty. 6 subs over 80.00 dollars and wouldn't take coupons.
