Feedback gevenI believe I've been there three or four times when they didn't have enough ice cream or any ice cream and orders are usually wrong. And it's dirty.
I'm not one to leave reviews let alone bad ones, but every time I go to this location something is wrong. Like my last interaction for example. There wasn't even a long line but it took forever to just make the order. Which doesn't make sensebecause apparently the kitchen was closed and they didn't have what seemed like half their items. On top of all of that I alsogo the wrong order, They are always either missing something or the order is wrong. I'm just going to go to CJ's from now on.
Terrible service!! They are always out of multiple things. I asked for 3 different things on their menu and they were out . This happens on a regular basis, every single week. Honestly DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. They really need to do better at thislocation.
This Dunkin? Donuts is horrible. Half the time the door is locked. They only have the drivethru open. I not wasteing gas for 3doller cup of coffee. .When you do walk-in you have to wait so they can cater to the drive-through. I guess my money isreally important enough that you know I have to wait for a drive thru customer to be taken care of when there?s nobody in there.The donuts are hard as a rock. The people that work three are Rude as hell.
I went yesterday for my pumpkin coffee with no problem, I go today and they said they don't have it, I asked them if they ran out because I was just there yesterday some other lady jumps in conversation and says they shouldn't have sold it to you untilthe 17th. I understand that but this lady said it in a rude/unprofessional way and didn't even apologize that's not my fault they shouldn't sold it to you . I will keep driving to the Dunkin on 173 instead or Waukegan. Lines are always too long at thislocation.
