I don't understand why the Zion location has a drive thru window if all the employees are jus going to ignore it. Why even have it as an option?

When you order through DoorDash the pizza is really good, but if you order to pick up the pizza is not cooked well. My daughter's have had the runs all weekend, so needless to say I'm not ordering Little Caesars in Zion no more. I won't recommend them, I'd rather drive to another Little Caesars. Congrats on this review.

The same woman denied my service on 2 occasions. The first time she said I couldn't order through the drive through because they were short staff. She had an attitude so I left. She for sure goin to spit in my food if I went inside. Second time I went tried to go inside she just shook her head like no with an attitude again. Went to drive through waited 20 mins. with only 3 cars to be told they were only doing online orders. Put up signs lady you act like people know what y'all doing and you have the nerve to get an attitude? Ok..

The Facility and food was fine. No problem from them. The driver was rude when he had to deliver to a different address. I spoke with customer service right when I realized I had the wrong address to see if I can change it and the customer service rep called the driver and asked if he can deliver to another address. Driver agreed. Upon receiving the order, I actually accepted the food from him to thank him due to the change and he had an angry face and shoved the food and stated this was too much it was too far for me as I 'm trying to thank him. He turned around and left and I had the intentions to add an extra tip for the trip (which is about 5 minutes from the other address). Overall, the driver was very rude and he could have just had said no and canceled the delivery if he wasn 't receptive to the change.
