The dining experience was nothing. From the time we sat down to the time we left after waiting for an hour, we were not given any food or even a glass of water.

Awesome hookah lounge and bar! I came to Popolam to only charge my phone while visiting Chernivtsi, and decided to stay as everyone was very friendly and many English speakers as well. Good vibes!!!
