Cappuccino Ice Cream, Vanilla Ice Cream separated by a layer of roasted walnuts and caramel. With whipped cream topping over an Oreo crumb crust.

Shrimp Scampi

Shrimp and mushrooms sauteed in roasted garlic and tossed with a white wine sauce basil and Roma tomatoes over angel hair pasta.

Aardappelschillen

Cored russet potato's lightly fried with bacon, signature cheese blend and green onions. Served with sour cream.
